Utah Real Estate
- To renew your Real Estate License in the state of Utah, you are required to complete 12 hours of continuing education every 2 years.
- Six of the 12 hours of Continuing Education must be LIVE education. A maximum of 6 hours can be PASSIVE education (video tapes watched without a live instructor present).
- Real Estate Licenses expire every two years. The date of expiration will be on license.
- Licensees will want to retain a copy of completed continuing education for their records.
